Camry vs Accord. These two cars represent Toyota and Honda's heart of their lineup. Each respective automakers bread-and-butter models battle it out year after year. The Camry leads in sales but the Accord has more heart.
2010 Toyota Camry vs 2010 Honda Accord
Both cars look much better than the previous generations with. The Camry was refreshed for 2010 and adds a new waterfall grille to some trims. It now looks like a botched nose job. The Accord hasn't been refreshed yet but should be soon. Depending on the trend of how Honda/Acura is designing their cars, it probably won't be good news.
The Camry's little bulge above the grille where the Toyota symbol is remains unchanged for some reason. That's perhaps the largest flaw with the front end but both still look good enough to please the majority of the population. Other trims can add either a new grille, extra body trim, or both. The Camry SE trim is the best looking.
The Accord has grown to mammoth proportions over the years. The Camry looks better with a lower sleeker design and relatively more compact dimensions.

The coupe versions are a completely different story. The new Accord coupe is beautifully proportioned and looks good all around. The Camry Solara however, looks nothing like its sedan counterpart and desperately needs a complete redesign. A comparison isn't even fair because the Accord coupe is superior in every way because Toyota never got around to making a Camry Solara based on this generation (it's still based on the last generation).
taillights have been changed on the Camry with a red-white-red pattern. The previous taillights looked better but I guess they ran out of ideas on how to differentiate it.
The Accord's rear is rather plain and seems to need some more distinctive features. The Camry won't ever be considered beautiful either but looks good enough.
The Camry's layout is ahead in terms of design with a great looking dashboard. Large rotary knobs are easier on the eyes and everything is kept simple. The Accord features the bulge center stack with a near record breaking amount of buttons making it over complicated and harder to use.

NOTES
Here's something that makes no sense. The Camry has an available 268 horsepower engine and the Accord has an engine with 271 horsepower. That beats a more than a few sports cars but both the Accord and Camry are front wheel drive resulting in torque steer. Is it really necessary for someone going back and forth to work or running errands to hit 0-60 in under 6 seconds? I'm all for fast cars but that's what sports cars are for. Where are the 35+ mpg non-hybrid models? By 2016, there will have to be.
